WHY OUR FISHING CHARTER WILL WORK FOR YOU

All parties chartering this boat fully understand that this boat is a charter fishing vessel and plans to go into open water, whether near shore or further offshore. The parties contracting with this boat understand and assume the risks and hazards associated with inshore and offshore fishing, including but not limited to: exposure to the sun and weather conditions such as rain, lightning, sea spray.. Sea sickness is not uncommon as it pitching and rolling of the boat is rough seas during entry to port; and, slippery and wet decks. Even with caution, injuries, both external and interenal, can result from boarding and disembarking this vessel. The handling of fishing gear, tackle (including hooks), and other gear can cause injury as can the willful or unintentional conduct of other persons on the boat. The parties agree and understand that the Captain and Crew shall not be held responsible or liable for these risks and hazards that relate to operation and conveyance to inshore or offshore fishing grounds. The parties expressly release the Captain and Crew from all such risks and hazards. Moreover, this vessel is operated under the rules and regulations of state and federal authorities and the parties agree not to bring any illegal substances on board; and releases the Captain and Crew from any liability associated with possession or use of any illegal substances or illegal actions taken by any parties while on the vessel.
